This product is what we call an Android Multimedia Integration System. These systems are designed to replace the OEM screen BUT work in conjunction with the original BMW radio system as an AUX mode addition [you must have an AUX port and it activated for sound]. It retains all of the original factory features you enjoy including the iDrive controller, all steering wheel button controls, factory tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), the factory reverse camera (including 360 version), parking radar sensors, analogue radio, DAB+ radio, and OEM microphone. Not only will you be upgrading the screen quality and size in your vehicle, you will still be able to access the original BMW infotainment menu and toggle between that and the Android system which gives that OEM finish.

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY LIST
This unit works in via the original AUX input of the car so the car must have AUX mode. This will not affect the original settings of the car so will be compatible with cars with original Navi, radio modes, steering wheel controls, speaker system and iDrive control. To function our unit, you just switch over to AUX. Please read the fitment notes (if any) assigned to this product as we try to advise as many points and possibilities as we can. The fitment guide is given as a guide only. Each vehicle may have a variation so please make sure you’ve checked everything to be sure the product will be suitable.
PLEASE NOTE:All audio from the Android monitor is outputted to the BMW factory AUX input. You MUST have a working AUX input for sound to work.
