The a-TroniX Wallbox Single is a single-phase charging station for safe and convenient charging of electric cars
in private and semi-public areas.
The a-TroniX wallbox has a type 2 plug that fits in all European and Asian vehicles built in 2018 or later. It is equipped with a 5 meter charging cable with which you can charge your vehicle conveniently and safely at any time. The user-friendly user interface with a large LCD screen informs you about the charging status.
All-round secured by FI circuit breaker
The a-TroniX Wallbox protects against overheating and overloading with its standard residual current circuit breaker with DC residual current detection. In contrast to the socket, the risk of overheating is very low, whereas normal household sockets are not designed for charging electric cars. In addition, you save installation costs thanks to the integrated RCD. The Wallbox Single is splash-proof according to IP54.
Protection against electricity theft
The a-TroniX Wallbox is equipped with an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) card reader as standard. Charging can be started and stopped using the RFID card configured for the device.
The RFID card entitles you as the owner to charge. Only when you hold the RFID card up to the Wallbox will it be activated. So you don’t need to worry about unauthorized users if you want to charge your car overnight, for example.
Each shipment contains two RFID cards configured for the device. More can be ordered as needed. However, it is not possible to use the card configured for one device on another device.
If necessary, the Wallbox can also be started without a card.
The delivery includes the wall box with charging cable and wall bracket as well as two RFID cards.
